"Moved to Maine had them transfer one car policy to this branch and cancel a secondary car's policy from a NH branch. All seemed fine until I checked an itemized bill long after, They transferred the one car but never canceled the other. I paid for years of liability insurance. Wasn't a large amount a month, but it added up. This Branch got the money that was billed, while the other branch kept sending insurance information to my old address. I switched to a new insurance company. My new insurance company sent them a notice to terminate services which I have and resent to this branch. Why did I resend it? Because they kept billing me for everything. Was told it would be handled and would get refunded, still waiting 6+ months later. Now they are not returning my phone calls! I'm not even attempting to get the money for them screwing up and not canceling my liability insurance on the secondary car. It was their screw up, but I didn't check the itemized bill... plus they made it clear that it would be difficult to get the money back. Completely ruined the company State farm for me. I will never use them again because of this branch. If you use this company, be very sure to check your bill closely."
